Refund Policy

Introduction
"Archite Solutions " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/subscription from Archite Solutions and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting theo@architesolutions.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on www.coachtrc.com
Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:
1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting theo@architesolutions.com
2. Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
3. Justification is required that the course has been completed in its entirety with full proof that all modules have been completed and associated worksheets filled in. Full bonus section must also be completed and used with validated motivation why the accompanying material is not deemed satisfactory.
4. Refund can take up to 60 days to be refunded
